support/testing/tests/core/test_selinux: new test for BR2_REFPOLICY_EXTRA_MODULES_DIRS

Add a test for the BR2_REFPOLICY_EXTRA_MODULES_DIRS functionality (which
allows to provide custom SELinux modules).
