package/clang: link libclang against libLLVM.so

Browse source 
libclang.so is statically linking against all LLVM static libraries
instead of linking dynamically against libLLVM.so.

This patch fixes this problem by setting LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB to ON.
