bctoolbox: remove redundant mbedtls dependency

Fixes:

  Makefile:532: *** mbedtls is in the dependency chain of bctoolbox that
  has added it to its _DEPENDENCIES variable without selecting it or
  depending on it from Config.in.  Stop.
