When screen is selected, /usr/bin/screen is not added to /etc/shells
(see man shells). So, login tools like dropbear reject the ssh
connections for users using screen as shell in /etc/passwd.
buildroot authpriv.warn dropbear[853]: User 'kubu' has invalid shell, rejected
While at it, drop an empty line between an existing hook definition
and its registration, to be consistent with the coding style used in
the rest of Buildroot.

This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help
text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the
help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62
characters.
The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A
few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to
indent the help text.

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv3/GPLv3+ is GPL-3.0/GPL-3.0+.
This change is done using following command.

As discussed, users should use a rootfs overlay or a post-build script
instead of a custom skeleton to override files installed by Buildroot,
so there is no point in having conditions when installing init scripts
or configuration files.

I re-did the patches: one patch per change, patch configure.in instead
of the configure script itself, a few more issues fixed. This should
hopefully make the patches acceptable for upstream, or at least make it
easier to migrate them on version bumps.
This also fixes compilation with musl libc.

screen's configure script thinks it is running on a SVR4 system when it
detects libelf, breaking the build.
At the same time cleanup the package somewhat, and ensure the correct
CFLAGS are used.

Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.
