Prior to gzip 1.10, the compression pipeline used with PCF fonts was
not reproducible due to the implicit -N/--name injecting a timestamp:
$ cat /path/to/file | gzip > /path/to/file.gz
This updates Portable Compiled Format font packages to have a host-gzip
dependency, so gzip version 1.10 or newer will reliably be used.
This change does not affect encodings, which use a seemingly
synonymous compression pipeline, but that happens to be reproducible
with gzip versions at least as old as version 1.3.13:
$ gzip < /path/to/file > /path/to/file.gz

A host python3 is needed to run map-variants.py since version 2.29 and
57c745a9a3
The script (with a backported patch) does not have stringent requirements
on python, so we may use a system python3 if present.

The ARM sys/io.h has been removed from upstream glibc, which is in
buildroot. This causes the xorg-server build to fail on ARM when using
the glibc toolchain. See [1], [2].
The following patches ([3], [4]) from upstream xserver fix this, but
have not yet been released.

While looking at mesa3d package, I found this commit [1] about libxv
refering to an upstream commit [2].
The commit message is confusing "This library does not itself require
libXv for anything." but xv is still checked by the configure script
(pkg-config) and libXvMC still include Xvlib.h from XvMClib.h

Commit 5cb821d563 added a new option to enable GLX support in mesa3d.
Before that, GLX was implicitly enabled whenever a DRI driver was built.
Adjust xserver_xorg-server to use the new GLX option instead of just
DRI.
