Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers
should also not refer to it.
This is a mechanical change with

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c is BSD-2-Clause.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/BSD-2c/BSD-2-Clause/g'

Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:
$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))
so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.

b43-fwcutter is an open-source tool (BSD-2c) that extracts the
firmwares from the Broadcom proprietary drivers. Those firmwares can
then be used by the open-source b43 and b43-legacy drivers of the
Linux kernel.
