GUPnP A/V reference manual https://developer.gnome.org/gupnp-av/ says latest available stable version is 0.11.2 but there are couple of bug fixes releases after that in same series. It looks like manual is not up-to-date. Use latest version 0.11.6 of series 0.11 instead.
