Add host variant for make package since glibc 2.28 now require GNU Make >= 4.0 [1]. We have to ceate gnumake and gmake symlinks to GNU make generated by Buildroot for the host. Otherwise the one provided by the host system can be used instead. For example, the glibc build system is looking for gnumake and gmake before make. See [2].
