webdav.c: fix iconv calls

Replace HAVE_ICONV_H by HAVE_ICONV to fix build with iconv indeed
|
|
HAVE_ICONV_H is never set as AC_CHECK_HEADERS is not called to check for
|
|
iconv.h
|
