extmod/modurandom: Add "urandom" module.
Seedable and reproducible pseudo-random number generator. Implemented functions are getrandbits(n) (n <= 30) and seed(). The algorithm used is Yasmarang by Ilya Levin: http://www.literatecode.com/yasmarangurandom
