libceph: make ceph_osdc_wait_request() uninterruptible 

Ceph_osdc_wait_request() is used when cephfs issues sync IO. In most
cases, the sync IO should be uninterruptible. The fix is use killale
wait function in ceph_osdc_wait_request().
