IB/hfi1: Fix for potential refcount leak in hfi1_open_file()

The dd refcount is speculatively incremented prior to allocating
the fd memory with kzalloc(). If that kzalloc() failed the dd
refcount leaks.
Increment refcount on kzalloc success.
