Merge branch 'remotes/lorenzo/pci/cadence'

- Correct the Cadence cdns_pcie_writel() signature (Alan Douglas)

  - Add Cadence support for optional generic PHYs (Alan Douglas)

  - Add Cadence power management ops (Alan Douglas)

  - Remove redundant variable from Cadence driver (Colin Ian King)
