[PATCH] Fix uninitialised spinlock in via-pmu-backlight code. 

The uninitialised pmu_backlight_lock causes the current Fedora test kernel
(which has spinlock debugging enabled) to panic on suspend.

This is suboptimal, so I fixed it.
