staging: usbip: userspace: fix whitespace errors

This patch fixes the following checkpatch errors:
-ERROR: space required after that ','
-ERROR: spaces required around that '='
-ERROR: space prohibited before that close parenthesis
-WARNING: please, no space before tabs
