MLK-24267: sound: soc: utils dummy codec dai DSD format support 

Add dummy codec dai DSD_U8, DSD_U16_LE and DSD_U32_LE
format support to allow machine ASoC drivers that
support DSD formats to use snd-soc-dummy-dai
