ARM: vmlinux*.lds.S: some decruftification

Browse source 
Remove stuff from vmlinux.lds.S that is relevant only to the XIP build,
and stuff from vmlinux-xip.lds.S related to self-modifying code that
makes no sense in the XIP case.
