x86/MCE: Make mce_panic() fatal machine check msg in the same pattern

There is another mce_panic call with "Fatal machine check on current CPU" in
the same mce.c file, why not keep them all in same pattern

	mce_panic("Fatal machine check on current CPU", &m, msg);
