powerpc/mm: Export mmu_kernel_ssize and mmu_linear_psize

Browse source 
Export mmu_kernel_ssize and mmu_linear_psize.  These are needed by the cxl
driver which has it's own MMU.  To setup the MMU cxl needs access to these.
