mm/zsmalloc: simplify shrinker init/destroy

Structure zs_pool has special flag to indicate success of shrinker
initialization. unregister_shrinker() has improved and can detect by
itself whether actual deinitialization should be performed or not, so
extra flag becomes redundant.
