ARM: mach-shmobile: ap4evb: Add LCD panel selection

On AP4EVB board, it is possible to select LCD panel type
which are parallel or MIPI by SW3, SW43 dip-switch.
This patch add parallel LCD settings and
select menu to Kconfig.
