Pin control bulk changes for the v4.7 kernel cycle:

Core changes:
 
 - Add the devm_pinctrl_register() API and switch all applicable drivers
   to use it, saving lots of lines of code all over the place.
 
 New drivers:
 
 - New driver for the Broadcom NS2 SoC.
 
 - New subdriver for the PXA25x SoCs.
 
 - New subdriver for the AMLogic Meson GXBB SoC.
