MIPS: MIPSsim: Remove the MIPSsim platform.

The MIPSsim platform is no longer supported or used.

[ralf@linux-mips.org: Also remove mipssim from arch/mips/Kbuild.platforms
and delete arch/mips/include/asm/mach-mipssim/*.]
