Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for ioctlbuffer and call directly.

This patch removes typedef for ioctlbuffer, and
changes the name of the struct to bcm_ioctl_buffer.
In addition, any calls to typedefs IOCTL_BUFFER, or
*PIOCTL_BUFFER are changed to call the struct
directly.
