drm/virtio: Add spaces around operators

This patch fixes the checkpatch.pl check:

virtgpu_ioctl.c:535: CHECK: spaces preferred around that '|' (ctx:VxV)
virtgpu_vq.c:277: CHECK: spaces preferred around that '+' (ctx:VxV)
...
