staging: unisys: fix CamelCase in struct device_info

Clean up CamelCase names:
channelAddr => channel_addr
channelBytes => channel_bytes
channelTypeGuid => channel_uuid
devInstGuid => instance_uuid
busNo => bus_no
devNo => dev_no
