perf,rcu: convert call_rcu(swevent_hlist_release_rcu) to kfree_rcu()

The rcu callback swevent_hlist_release_rcu() just calls a kfree(),
so we use kfree_rcu() instead of the call_rcu(swevent_hlist_release_rcu).
