Mauro Carvalho Chehab 2e4e6f30f7 crc32.txt: standardize document format
Each text file under Documentation follows a different
format. Some doesn't even have titles!

Change its representation to follow the adopted standard,
using ReST markups for it to be parseable by Sphinx:

- Add a title for the document;
- Mark literal blocks.

While here, replace a comma by a dot at the end of a paragraph.

Bob Pearson fbedceb100 crc32: move long comment about crc32 fundamentals to Documentation/
Move a long comment from lib/crc32.c to Documentation/crc32.txt where it
will more likely get read.

Edited the resulting document to add an explanation of the slicing-by-n
algorithm.
