The function coh901318_alloc_chan_resources() calls spin_lock_irqsave()
before calling coh901318_config().
But coh901318_config() calls spin_lock_irqsave() again in its
definition, which may cause a double-lock bug.

Because coh901318_config() is only called by
coh901318_alloc_chan_resources(), the bug fix is to remove the
calls to spin-lock and -unlock functions in coh901318_config().

Colin Ian King 9f0df936b1 dmaengine: coh901318: fix integer overflow when shifting more than 32 places
Currently U300_DMA_CHANNELS is set to 40, meaning that the shift of 1 can
be more than 32 places, which leads to a 32 bit integer overflow. Fix this
by using 1ULL instead of 1 before shifting it.  Also add braces on the
for-loop to keep with coding style conventions.

Maxime Ripard 77a68e56aa dmaengine: Add an enum for the dmaengine alignment constraints
Most drivers need to set constraints on the buffer alignment for async tx
operations. However, even though it is documented, some drivers either use
a defined constant that is not matching what the alignment variable expects
(like DMA_BUSWIDTH_* constants) or fill the alignment in bytes instead of
power of two.

Add a new enum for these alignments that matches what the framework
expects, and convert the drivers to it.

Lars-Peter Clausen fdaf9c4b22 dmaengine: Use dma_sg_len(sg) instead of sg->length
sg->length may or may not contain the length of the dma region to transfer,
depending on the architecture - dma_sg_len(sg) always will though. For the
architectures which use the drivers modified by this patch it probably is the
case that sg->length contains the dma transfer length. But to be consistent and
future proof change them to use dma_sg_len.

To quote Russel King:
	sg->length is meaningless to something performing DMA.

	In cases where sg_dma_len(sg) and sg->length are the same storage, then
	there's no problem. But scatterlists _can_ (and one some architectures) do
	split them - especially when you have an IOMMU which can allow you to
	combine a scatterlist into fewer entries.

	So, anything using sg->length for the size of a scatterlist's DMA transfer
	_after_ a call to dma_map_sg() is almost certainly buggy.

The patch has been generated using the following coccinelle patch:

Stephen Boyd 234e340582 simple_open: automatically convert to simple_open()
Many users of debugfs copy the implementation of default_open() when
they want to support a custom read/write function op.  This leads to a
proliferation of the default_open() implementation across the entire
tree.

Now that the common implementation has been consolidated into libfs we
can replace all the users of this function with simple_open().

This replacement was done with the following semantic patch:

Russell King - ARM Linux 96a2af41c7 dmaengine: consolidate tx_status functions
Now that we have the completed cookie in the dma_chan structure, we
can consolidate the tx_status functions by providing a function to set
the txstate structure and returning the DMA status.  We also provide
a separate helper to set the residue for cookies which are still in
