When tsi-as-adc is configured it is possible for in7[0123]_input read to
return an incorrect value if a concurrent read to in[456]_input is
performed. This is caused by a concurrent manipulation of the mux
channel without proper locking as hwmon and mfd use different locks for
synchronization.
Switch hwmon to use the same lock as mfd when accessing the TSI channel.

Use SENSOR[_DEVICE]_ATTR[_2]_{RO,RW,WO} to simplify the source code,
to improve readbility, and to reduce the chance of inconsistencies.
Also replace any remaining S_<PERMS> in the driver with octal values.
The conversion was done automatically with coccinelle. The semantic patches
and the scripts used to generate this commit log are available at
https://github.com/groeck/coccinelle-patches/hwmon/.
This patch does not introduce functional changes. It was verified by
compiling the old and new files and comparing text and data sizes.

The TSI channel, which is usually used for touchscreen support, but can
be used as 4 general purpose ADCs. When used as a touchscreen interface
the touchscreen driver switches the device into 1ms sampling mode (rather
than the default 10ms economy mode) as recommended by the manufacturer.
When using the TSI channels as a general purpose ADC we are currently not
doing this and testing suggests that this can result in ADC timeouts:

TSI channel has a 4 channel mux connected to it and is normally
used for touchscreen support. The hardware may alternatively
use it as general purpose adc.

The ADC resolution of the PMIC is 10-bits, this means that the maximum
possible value is 1023 and not the 1024 as originally in the code.

Here's the large driver core updates for 3.8-rc1.
The biggest thing here is the various __dev* marking removals. This is
going to be a pain for the merge with different subsystem trees, I know,
but all of the patches included here have been ACKed by their various
subsystem maintainers, as they wanted them to go through here.
If this is too much of a pain, I can pull all of them out of this tree
and just send you one with the other fixes/updates and then, after
3.8-rc1 is out, do the rest of the removals to ensure we catch them all,
it's up to you. The merges should all be trivial, and Stephen has been
doing them all in linux-next for a few weeks now quite easily.
Other than the __dev* marking removals, there's nothing major here, some
firmware loading updates and other minor things in the driver core.
All of these have (much to Stephen's annoyance), been in linux-next for
a while.

The DA9052 PMIC provides an Analogue to Digital Converter with 10 bits
resolution and 10 channels.
This patch monitors the DA9052 PMIC's ADC channels mostly for battery
parameters like battery temperature, junction temperature, battery
current etc.
This patch is functionally tested on Samsung SMDKV6410
