Vasily Gorbik b1d16be4f2 lib/crc32test: remove extra local_irq_disable/enable 
commit aa4e460f09 upstream.

Commit 4d004099a6 ("lockdep: Fix lockdep recursion") uncovered the
following issue in lib/crc32test reported on s390:

Geert Uytterhoeven 5fb7f87408 lib: add module support to crc32 tests 
Extract the crc32 test code into its own source file, to allow to
compile it either to a loadable module, or builtin into the kernel.
