Jose Abreu 132f2f20c9 net: stmmac: xgmac: Disable Flow Control when 1 or more queues are in AV
When in AVB mode we need to disable flow control to prevent MAC from
pausing in TX side.

Jose Abreu 08c1ac3bcb net: stmmac: xgmac: Fix AV Feature detection
Fix incorrect precedence of operators. For reference: AV implies AV
Feature but RAV implies only RX side AV Feature. As we want full AV
features we need to check RAV.

Jose Abreu c11986b9fa net: stmmac: xgmac: Detect Hash Table size dinamically
Since commit b8ef7020d6 ("net: stmmac: add support for hash table size
128/256 in dwmac4"), we can detect the Hash Table dinamically.

Let's implement this feature in XGMAC cores and fix possible setups that
don't support the maximum size for Hash Table.

Jose Abreu c2b69474d6 net: stmmac: xgmac: Correct RAVSEL field interpretation
RAVSEL means that only RX side is available for AVB features. As we use
both TX and RX features we need to check if RAVSEL is selected and
disable AVB if only RX side is available.

Jose Abreu 67afd6d1cf net: stmmac: Add Split Header support and enable it in XGMAC cores
Add the support for Split Header feature in the RX path and enable it in
XGMAC cores.

This does not impact neither beneficts bandwidth but it does reduces CPU
usage because without the feature all the entire packet is memcpy'ed,
while that with the feature only the header is.

Jose Abreu 06a80a7d09 net: stmmac: Fix descriptors address being in > 32 bits address space
Commit a993db88d1 ("net: stmmac: Enable support for > 32 Bits
addressing in XGMAC"), introduced support for > 32 bits addressing in
XGMAC but the conversion of descriptors to dma_addr_t was left out.

As some devices assing coherent memory in regions > 32 bits we need to
set lower and upper value of descriptors address when initializing DMA
channels.

Luckly, this was working for me because I was assigning CMA to < 4GB
address space for performance reasons.

Jose Abreu a993db88d1 net: stmmac: Enable support for > 32 Bits addressing in XGMAC
Currently, stmmac only supports 32 bits addressing for SKB. Enable the
support for upto 48 bits addressing in XGMAC core.

This avoids the use of bounce buffers and increases performance.

Jose Abreu ae9f346dd3 net: stmmac: dwxgmac2: Also use TBU interrupt to clean TX path
TBU interrupt is a normal interrupt and can be used to trigger the
cleaning of TX path. Lets check if it's active in DMA interrupt handler.

While at it, refactor a little bit the function:
	- Don't check if RI is enabled because at function exit we will
only clear the interrupts that are enabled so, no event will
	  be missed.

In my tests withe XGMAC2 this increased performance.
