This platform was recently added, so missed the global fixup by
commit e324654294 ("ARM: use "depends on" for SoC configs instead
of "if" after prompt"). Fix it now.

Tango4 "Secure Media Processor" platforms: smp8756, smp8758, smp8759
(8756 is single-core, the latter are dual-core).
