Peter Huewe 2c08583c6a mfd: Fix ucb1x00 build failure for collie_defconfig 
This patch fixes a build failure[1], by adding the missing semaphore.h include

Thomas Kunze 9ca3dc805c add gpiolib support to ucb1x00 
The old access methods to the gpios will be removed when
all users has been converted. (mainly ucb1x00-ts)

Thomas Kunze c8602edf3f move drivers/mfd/*.h to include/linux/mfd 
So drivers like collie_battery driver can use
those files easier.
