Christophe Leroy b4abe38fd6 powerpc/32: prepare shadow area for KASAN
This patch prepares a shadow area for KASAN.

The shadow area will be at the top of the kernel virtual
memory space above the fixmap area and will occupy one
eighth of the total kernel virtual memory space.

Christophe Leroy c766ee7223 powerpc: handover page flags with a pgprot_t parameter
In order to avoid multiple conversions, handover directly a
pgprot_t to map_kernel_page() as already done for radix.

Do the same for __ioremap_caller() and __ioremap_at().

Christophe Leroy 6bd6d86722 powerpc/cpm1: fix compilation error with CONFIG_PPC_EARLY_DEBUG_CPM
commit e8cb7a55eb ("powerpc: remove superflous inclusions of
asm/fixmap.h") removed inclusion of asm/fixmap.h from files not
including objects from that file.

However, asm/mmu-8xx.h includes call to __fix_to_virt(). The proper
way would be to include asm/fixmap.h in asm/mmu-8xx.h but it creates
an inclusion loop.

So we have to leave asm/fixmap.h in sysdep/cpm_common.c for
CONFIG_PPC_EARLY_DEBUG_CPM

Christophe Leroy 4cfac2f9c7 powerpc/mm: Simplify __set_fixmap()
__set_fixmap() uses __fix_to_virt() then does the boundary checks
by it self. Instead, we can use fix_to_virt() which does the
verification at build time. For this, we need to use it inline
so that GCC can see the real value of idx at buildtime.

In the meantime, we remove the 'fixmaps' variable.
This variable is set but has never been used from the beginning
(commit 2c419bdeca ("[POWERPC] Port fixmap from x86 and use
for kmap_atomic"))

Christophe Leroy f86ef74ed9 powerpc/8xx: Fix vaddr for IMMR early remap
Memory: 124428K/131072K available (3748K kernel code, 188K rwdata,
648K rodata, 508K init, 290K bss, 6644K reserved)
Kernel virtual memory layout:
  * 0xfffdf000..0xfffff000  : fixmap
  * 0xfde00000..0xfe000000  : consistent mem
  * 0xfddf6000..0xfde00000  : early ioremap
  * 0xc9000000..0xfddf6000  : vmalloc & ioremap
SLUB: HWalign=16, Order=0-3, MinObjects=0, CPUs=1, Nodes=1

Today, IMMR is mapped 1:1 at startup

Mapping IMMR 1:1 is just wrong because it may overlap with another
area. On most mpc8xx boards it is OK as IMMR is set to 0xff000000
but for instance on EP88xC board, IMMR is at 0xfa200000 which
overlaps with VM ioremap area

This patch fixes the virtual address for remapping IMMR with the fixmap
regardless of the value of IMMR.

The size of IMMR area is 256kbytes (CPM at offset 0, security engine
at offset 128k) so a 512k page is enough

Albert Herranz b8e8efaa86 powerpc: reserve fixmap entries for early debug
Add a set of entries to the fixmap table to allow usage of known
reserved virtual address space by early debug code.

The address space reserved is the top 128K of the 32-bit address
space. This allows, if required, the use of a BAT to do the mappings.

Benjamin Herrenschmidt f637a49e50 powerpc: Minor cleanups of kernel virt address space definitions
Make FIXADDR_TOP a compile time constant and cleanup a
couple of definitions relative to the layout of the kernel
address space on ppc32. We also print out that layout at
boot time for debugging purposes.

This is a pre-requisite for properly fixing non-coherent
DMA allocactions.

Benjamin Herrenschmidt 8d1cf34e7a powerpc/mm: Tweak PTE bit combination definitions
This patch tweaks the way some PTE bit combinations are defined, in such a
way that the 32 and 64-bit variant become almost identical and that will
make it easier to bring in a new common pte-* file for the new variant
of the Book3-E support.

The combination of bits defining access to kernel pages are now clearly
separated from the combination used by userspace and the core VM. The
resulting generated code should remain identical unless I made a mistake.

Note: While at it, I removed a non-sensical statement related to CONFIG_KGDB
in ppc_mmu_32.c which could cause kernel mappings to be user accessible when
that option is enabled. Probably something that bitrot.

Stephen Rothwell b8b572e101 powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asm
from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a

mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm
git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm

Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places
where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly. Of the latter only
one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc.
