Bartosz Golaszewski 6a7836ba7f ARM: imx: pca100: use device properties for at24 eeprom
We want to work towards phasing out the at24_platform_data structure.
There are few users and its contents can be represented using generic
device properties. Using device properties only will allow us to
significantly simplify the at24 configuration code.

Remove the at24_platform_data structure and replace it with an array
of property entries. Specify the exact model instead of the "at24"
wildcard and drop the byte_len/size property, as the model name already
implies the EEPROM's size.

Stephen Warren 6bb27d7349 ARM: delete struct sys_timer
Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

Shawn Guo b78d8e59a6 gpio/mxc: Change gpio-mxc into an upstanding gpio driver
The patch makes necessary changes on gpio-mxc as below to turn it
into an upstanding gpio driver.

 * Add a list to save all mx2 ports references, so that
mx2_gpio_irq_handler can walk through all interrupt status
   registers

 * Use readl/writel to replace mach-specific accessors
   __raw_readl/__raw_writel

 * Change mxc_gpio_init into mxc_gpio_probe function

 * Move "struct mxc_gpio_port" into gpio-mxc.c, as it needs not to
be public at all, and also make some other cleanup on
   plat-mxc/include/mach/gpio.h at the same time

And the patch then migrates mach-imx and mach-mx5 to the updated
driver by adding corresponding platform devices.

Uwe Kleine-König 6c80ee5170 ARM: imx: make all pin lists const and signed, move to .init where possible
Making the lists signed fixes sparse warnings like:

arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-mx27_3ds.c:94:31: warning: incorrect type in argument 1 (different signedness)
	arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-mx27_3ds.c:94:31: expected int const *pin_list
arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-mx27_3ds.c:94:31: got unsigned int static [toplevel] *<noident>

Uwe Kleine-König 4df772d76d ARM: 6322/1: imx/pca100: Fix name of spi platform data
Commit

7536cf9 (ARM: imx: dynamically register spi_imx devices (imx27))

introduced a variable named "pca100_spi0_data" but passed
"&pca100_spi_0_data" to imx27_add_spi_imx0. This wasn't noticed earlier
because both SPI_IMX and MACH_PCA100 are not enabled in mx27_defconfig.

This fixes a build failure:

	arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-pca100.c: In function 'pca100_init':
arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-pca100.c:411: error: 'pca100_spi_0_data' undeclared (first use in this function)
arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-pca100.c:411: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
arch/arm/mach-imx/mach-pca100.c:411: error: for each function it appears in.)

There are some more conflicts than detected by git, namely support for
the newly added cpuimx machines needed to be converted to dynamic device
registration.
