Marc Zyngier d0ed5e8e14 irqchip/bcm-6345-l1: Report that effective affinity is a single target
The BCM 6345-L1 driver only targets a single CPU at a time, even if
the notional affinity is wider. Let's inform the core code
about this.

Masahiro Yamada 97139d4a6f treewide: remove redundant #include <linux/kconfig.h>
Kernel source files need not include <linux/kconfig.h> explicitly
because the top Makefile forces to include it with:

  -include $(srctree)/include/linux/kconfig.h

This commit removes explicit includes except the following:

  * arch/s390/include/asm/facilities_src.h
  * tools/testing/radix-tree/linux/kernel.h

These two are used for host programs.

Simon Arlott c7c42ec2ba irqchips/bmips: Add bcm6345-l1 interrupt controller
Add the BCM6345 interrupt controller based on the SMP-capable BCM7038
and the BCM3380 but with packed interrupt registers.

Add the BCM6345 interrupt controller to a list with the existing BCM7038
so that interrupts on CPU1 are not ignored.

Update the maintainers file list for BMIPS to include this driver.
