Kees Cook 200d24d633 hwrng/xgene-rng: Convert timers to use timer_setup()
In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.

Andrzej Hajda 09185e2756 hwrng: xgene - fix handling platform_get_irq
The function can return negative value.

The problem has been detected using proposed semantic patch
scripts/coccinelle/tests/unsigned_lesser_than_zero.cocci [1].
