Pan Bian 2a39e7aa8a wan: pc300too: abort path on failure
In function pc300_pci_init_one(), on the ioremap error path, function
pc300_pci_remove_one() is called to free the allocated memory. However,
the path is not terminated, and the freed memory will be used later,
resulting in use-after-free bugs. This path fixes the bug.

Benoit Taine 9baa3c34ac PCI: Remove DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE macro use
We should prefer `struct pci_device_id` over `DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE` to
meet kernel coding style guidelines. This issue was reported by checkpatch.

A simplified version of the semantic patch that makes this change is as
follows (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/):

// <smpl>

identifier i;
declarer name DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE;
initializer z;
@@

- DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE(i)

Greg Kroah-Hartman 1dd06ae8db drivers/net: fix up function prototypes after __dev* removals
The __dev* removal patches for the network drivers ended up messing up
the function prototypes for a bunch of drivers. This patch fixes all of
them back up to be properly aligned.

Bonus is that this almost removes 100 lines of code, always a nice
surprise.

to stick sanity checks.

It's been a useless no-op for long enough in 2.6 so I figured it's time to

maintaining unified 2.4 and 2.6 drivers is probably rather small.

Auke Kok 44c10138fd PCI: Change all drivers to use pci_device->revision
Instead of all drivers reading pci config space to get the revision
ID, they can now use the pci_device->revision member.

This exposes some issues where drivers where reading a word or a dword
for the revision number, and adding useless error-handling around the
read. Some drivers even just read it for no purpose of all.

In devices where the revision ID is being copied over and used in what
appears to be the equivalent of hotpath, I have left the copy code
and the cached copy as not to influence the driver's performance.

Compile tested with make all{yes,mod}config on x86_64 and i386.
