Ingo Molnar e601757102 sched/headers: Prepare for new header dependencies before moving code to <linux/sched/clock.h>
We are going to split <linux/sched/clock.h> out of <linux/sched.h>, which
will have to be picked up from other headers and .c files.

Create a trivial placeholder <linux/sched/clock.h> file that just
maps to <linux/sched.h> to make this patch obviously correct and
bisectable.

Include the new header in the files that are going to need it.

Robert Jarzmik f4e14edf25 ARM: sa11x0/pxa: acquire timer rate from the clock rate
As both pxa and sa1100 provide a clock to the timer, the rate can be
inferred from the clock rather than hard encoded in a functional call.

This patch changes the pxa timer to have a mandatory clock which is used
as the timer rate.

Baoyou Xie aa8c0f1ad7 clocksource/drivers/pxa: Fix include files for compilation
We get 1 warning about global functions without a declaration in the
clocksource/drivers/pxa driver when building with W=1:

drivers/clocksource/pxa_timer.c:221:13: warning: no previous prototype for 'pxa_timer_nodt_init' [-Wmissing-prototypes]
void __init pxa_timer_nodt_init(int irq, void __iomem *base,

In fact, this function is declared in pxa.h, so this patch
add missing header dependencies.

Daniel Lezcano 177cf6e52b clocksources: Switch back to the clksrc table
All the clocksource drivers's init function are now converted to return
an error code. CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE is no longer used as well as the
clksrc-of table.

Let's convert back the names:
 - CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE_RET => CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE
 - clksrc-of-ret              => clksrc-of

Daniel Lezcano be3aff842d clocksource/drivers/pxa: Convert init function to return error
The init functions do not return any error. They behave as the following:

  - panic, thus leading to a kernel crash while another timer may work and
make the system boot up correctly

  or

  - print an error and let the caller unaware if the state of the system

Change that by converting the init functions to return an error conforming
to the CLOCKSOURCE_OF_RET prototype.

Proper error handling (rollback, errno value) will be changed later case
by case, thus this change just return back an error or success in the init
function.

Viresh Kumar 47d490ea15 clockevents/drivers/pxa: Migrate to new 'set-state' interface
Migrate pxa driver to the new 'set-state' interface provided by
clockevents core, the earlier 'set-mode' interface is marked obsolete
now.

This also enables us to implement callbacks for new states of clockevent
devices, for example: ONESHOT_STOPPED.

Both oneshot and shutdown modes had exactly same code and so only a
single callback is sufficient now, which will be called for both the
modes.

Robert Jarzmik ab5354c48d clocksource: pxa: Add device-tree support for PXA timer
Add device-tree support to PXA platforms.
The driver still needs to maintain backward non device-tree
compatibility as well, which implies :
 - a non device-tree init function
 - a static registers base address in the driver
