Greg Kroah-Hartman ea3398a1ae Staging: Merge 2.6.37-rc5 into staging-next
This was done to handle a number of conflicts in the batman-adv
and winbond drivers properly. It also now allows us to fix up the sysfs
attributes properly that were not in the .37 release due to them being
only in this tree at the time.

Jeff Garzik f281233d3e SCSI host lock push-down
Move the mid-layer's ->queuecommand() invocation from being locked
with the host lock to being unlocked to facilitate speeding up the
critical path for drivers who don't need this lock taken anyway.

The patch below presents a simple SCSI host lock push-down as an
equivalent transformation. No locking or other behavior should change
with this patch. All existing bugs and locking orders are preserved.

Additionally, add one parameter to queuecommand,
	struct Scsi_Host *
and remove one parameter from queuecommand,
	void (*done)(struct scsi_cmnd *)

Scsi_Host* is a convenient pointer that most host drivers need anyway,
and 'done' is redundant to struct scsi_cmnd->scsi_done.

Minimal code disturbance was attempted with this change. Most drivers
needed only two one-line modifications for their host lock push-down.

Greg Kroah-Hartman 491acf0032 Staging: Merge 2.6.37-rc2 into staging-next
This was necessary in order to resolve some conflicts that happened
between -rc1 and -rc2 with the following files:
	drivers/staging/bcm/Bcmchar.c
	drivers/staging/intel_sst/intel_sst_app_interface.c

All should be resolved now.

Konstantin Katuev 307ae1d3d0 Staging: keucr driver: fix uninitialized variable & proper memset length
There was commented out transfer_flags initialization.
And i think memset should fill entire structure, not only length of
pointer to it.

This makes the driver work properly now on my hardware.

Jesper Juhl 60a1d01bcd staging, keucr: Remove unnecessary casts of void ptr returning alloc function return values
Hi,

The [vk][cmz]alloc(_node) family of functions return void pointers which
it's completely unnecessary/pointless to cast to other pointer types since
that happens implicitly.

This patch removes such casts from drivers/staging/keucr/
