This patch implements the exynos_drm_crtc_finish_pageflip in
exynos_drm_crtc.c. This avoids the duplication of same code
in mixer, fimd and vidi.

when fb changing is requested, crtc's dpms mode should be on.
if not on, return -EPERM so that the hardware can't be accessed.
if user requesed dpms off and next SetCrtc with an another fb
then the hardware can be accessed with dpms off to write overlay
data onto some registers so this patch will prevent from accessing
the hardware with dpms off.

when page flip is requested, crtc's dpms mode should be on.
if not on, return -EINVAL so that it doesn't access hardware.

exynos_drm_crtc_dpms function doesn't need mutex lock
because mutex lock was called by drm framework so this
patch removes mutex lock call from that function to avoid
duplicated mutex locking.

this patch fixes that when drm_crtc_helper_set_mode() is called,
mode data for hardware overlay and conntroller are updated two times.
for example, in case that drm_crtc_helper_set_mode() is called,
overlay_ops->commit() and manager_ops->commit() callbacks can be called
two times, first at drm_crtc_helper_set_mode() and second
at drm_helper_connector_dpms().

This patch adds exynos specific property for crtc mode. The crtc mode
property has tow modes - normal and blank. The normal mode is default
mode and can use crtc normally. The blank mode turns off the private
plane of crtc, so we don't see crtc screen but can see other plane
screens.

There is no any reason to update overlay at crtc directly because the
crtc uses plane. Move its code to plane and call proper functions of
plane from crtc.

not consider it. This patch adds source size to overlay
structure. For set crtc, source size is set from crtc size.

The exynos drm driver has several subdrv. They each can be module but it
causes unfixed probe order of exynodr drm driver and each subdrv. It
also needs some weird codes such as exynos_drm_fbdev_reinit and
exynos_drm_mode_group_reinit. This patch can remove weird codes and
clear codes through we doesn't modularity each subdrv.
Also this removes unnecessary codes related module.

These formats(NV12M, NV12MT and YUV420M) have non contiguous multi
planes, so each plane uses different buffer. The exynos drm should
support multi buffer for them.

The exynos fimd supports 5 window overlays. Only one window overlay of
fimd is used by the crtc, so we need plane feature to use the rest
window overlays.
This creates one ioctl exynos specific - DRM_EXYNOS_PLANE_SET_ZPOS, it
is the ioctl to decide for user to assign which window overlay.

With DPMS ON and OFF requests, crtc dpms would be in charge of
just only device power such as fimd or hdmi and encoder dpms
in charge of device setting(mode setting and register updating)
and also lcd panel and digital TV power.

Otherwise each driver would need to keep the information inside
their own framebuffer object structure. Also add offsets[]. BOs

the purpose of this patch is to consider IOMMU support in the future.
EXYNOS4 SoC supports IOMMU also so the address for DMA could be
physical address with IOMMU or device address with IOMMU.

crtc dpms is called as destroying attached fb so dpms off sould be processed.
crtc dpms also can be called after crtc is detached from encoder so pipe value
of manager is used to find display controller for this case

in case of using two drivers such as fimd and hdmi controller that
they have their own hardware interrupt, drm framework doesn't provide
pipe number corresponding to it. so the pipe should be set to event's
from specific crtc.

We tried to re-use lowlevel codes of the FIMD driver(s3c-fb.c
based on Linux framebuffer) but couldn't so because lowlevel codes
of s3c-fb.c are included internally and so FIMD module of this driver has
its own lowlevel codes.
We used GEM framework for buffer management and DMA APIs(dma_alloc_*)
for buffer allocation so we can allocate physically continuous memory
for DMA through it and also we could use CMA later if CMA is applied to
mainline.
