Guennadi Liakhovetski 48e971cd7f [media] V4L: sh_mobile_ceu_camera: maximum image size depends on the hardware version
Newer CEU versions, e.g., the one, used on sh7372, support image sizes
larger than 2560x1920. Retrieve maximum sizes from platform properties.

Guennadi Liakhovetski 6b526fed0e [media] V4L: sh_mobile_csi2: switch away from using the soc-camera bus notifier
This moves us one more step closer to eliminating the soc-camera bus
and devices on it. Besides, as a side effect, CSI-2 runtime PM on
sh-mobile secomes finer grained now: we only have to power on the
interface, when the device nodes are open.

Guennadi Liakhovetski b3b5020d8c V4L/DVB: V4L2: sh_mobile_camera_ceu: add support for CSI2
Using CEU with CSI2 on SH-Mobile requires some special configuration of the
former. We also have to switch from calling only one subdev .s_mbus_fmt and
.try_mbus_fmt to calling all subdevices. Take care to increment CSI2 driver
use count to prevent it from unloading, while in use.

Kuninori Morimoto c354b400c0 V4L/DVB (10671): sh_mobile_ceu: SOCAM flags are not platform dependent
sh_mobile_ceu_camera.c support for signal polarity flags isn't platform
dependent, provide them locally. Only the bus width is implementation
specific.

Stefan Herbrechtsmeier 8103466315 V4L/DVB (8687): soc-camera: Move .power and .reset from soc_camera host to sensor driver
Make .power and .reset callbacks per camera instead of per host, also move
their invocation to camera drivers.

Magnus Damm 0d3244d643 V4L/DVB (8342): sh_mobile_ceu_camera: Add SuperH Mobile CEU driver V3
This is V3 of the SuperH Mobile CEU soc_camera driver.

The CEU hardware block is configured in a transparent data fetch
mode, frames are captured from the attached camera and written to
physically contiguous memory buffers provided by the newly added
videobuf-dma-contig queue. Tested on sh7722 and sh7723 processors.

 Changes since V2:
 - remove SUPERH Kconfig dependency
 - move sh_mobile_ceu.h to include/media
 - add board callback support with enable_camera()/disable_camera()
 - add support for declare_coherent_memory
 - rework video memory limit
 - more verbose error messages

 Changes since V1:
 - fixed the CEU driver to work with the newly updated patches
