There's no need to have a local header for cp-intc. Move the only
declaration for a public function to common.h. Move all register
offsets into the driver source file and drop all unused defines.

The aintc driver has now been cleaned up. Move it to drivers/irqchip
where it belongs. There's no device-tree support for any dm* board so
there's no IRQCHIP_OF_DECLARE() - there's only the exported init
function called from machine code.

I've been unable to figure out exactly why, but the IRQ_TINT1_TINT34
interrupt is being handled as level irq and it's configured in the
irq chip driver instead of set by the irq_set_type() callback.
Since this is probably some legacy hack for out-of-tree code - remove it.

Modify the aintc driver to take all its configuration from the new

We're going to extend the davinci_irq_init() function with a config
structure so we can drop the intc-related fields from davinci_soc_info.
Once we do it, we won't be able to use this routine directly as the
init_irq callback. Wrap the calls in additional helpers that don't
take parameters and can be assigned to init_irq.

The existence of irqs.h in mach-davinci/include/mach only makes sense
without SPARSE_IRQ as it's then expected to define NR_IRQS and is
included from asm/irq.h. As we now support SPARSE_IRQ, this header can
be moved to mach-davinci and used as the source of HW interrupt numbers.
While updating the includes in various files - also rearrange the
headers by directory (linux/asm/mach).

Once we select SPARSE_IRQ, the interrupt numbers defined in mach/irqs.h
will only signify the hardware interrupt offsets, not the interrupt
numbers seen by linux. Introduce a wrapper macro that translates the
hwirq number to virtual numbers. For now it's just a dummy. Use that
macro when specifying the interrupts in resources for platform devices.

In order to drop the hard-coded GPIO base values from the davinci GPIO
driver's platform data, we first need to get rid of all calls to the
legacy GPIO functions. Convert the mdio configuration to hogging the

mode for da850-evm since we can no longer request the MDIO clock GPIO.
We now have the option to specify the GPIO base manually for davinci,

SoCs. After that, the at91 driver got a major rewrite for newer DT bindings
that should make things easier going forward and the TI code moved to a
clockdomain based design. The long tail is mostly small driver updates for
newer clks and some simpler SoC clock drivers such as the Hisilicon and imx
support.
In the core framework, we only have two small changes this time. One is a new
clk API to get all clks for a device with the bulk clk APIs. This allows
drivers that don't care about doing anything besides turning on all the clks to
just clk_get() them all and turn them on. The other change is the beginning of
a way to support save and restore of clk settings in the clk framework. TI is
the only user right now, but we will want to expand upon this design in the
future to support more save and restore of clk registers. At least this gets
us started and works well enough for one SoC, but there's more work in the
future.

When booting from MMC/SD in rw mode on DA850 EVM, the system
crashes because the write protect pin should be active high
and not active low. This patch fixes the polarity of the WP pin.

This switches ARCH_DAVINCI to use the common clock framework. The legacy
clock code in arch/arm/mach-davinci/ is no longer used. New drivers in
drivers/clk/davinci/ are used instead.
A few macros had to be moved to prevent compilation errors.

The common clock framework will take care of disabling unused clocks when
we switch from the legacy davinci clocks and having this enabled will
cause compile errors after we switch, so remove it now.

This changes davinci_timer_init() so that we pass the clock as a
parameter instead of using clk_get(). This is done in preparation
for converting to the common clock framework.
It removes the requirement that we have to have a clock with con_id
of "timer0", which will be good for DT bindings since clock-names =
"timer0" doesn't really make sense.
Also, drop use of extern in header file since we are touching the
definition.
