This patch changes the argument of the wilc_wlan_cfg_init function,
wilc_debug to void type because wilc_debug function is not used any more.
In addition, finally removes wilc_debug and related variables.

This patch gets rid of struct typedefs wilc_cfg_byte_t, wilc_cfg_hword_t,
wilc_cfg_word_t and wilc_cfg_str_t as as linux kernel coding style
guidelines suggest not using typdefs for structure types.
Also drop '_t' from the names.

This patch removes function pointer cfg_init and call the function
wilc_wlan_cfg_init instead. Remove static from function declaration.
After removing cfg_init, the struct wilc_cfg_func_t is useless so just delete
it and it's related codes.

This driver is for the wilc1000 which is a single chip IEEE 802.11
b/g/n device.
The driver works together with cfg80211, which is the kernel side of
configuration management for wireless devices because the wilc1000
chipset is fullmac where the MLME is managed in hardware.
The driver worked from kernel version 2.6.38 and being now ported
to several others since then.
A TODO file is included as well in this commit.
