Jerome Brunet 611fbca1c8 nvmem: meson-efuse: add peripheral clock
Get and enable the peripheral clock required by the efuse device.
The driver has been handle to work without it so far because the
clock was left enabled by default but it won't be the case soon.

Masahiro Yamada 17eb18d674 nvmem: set nvmem->owner to nvmem->dev->driver->owner if unset
All nvmem drivers are supposed to set the owner field of struct
nvmem_config, but this matches nvmem->dev->driver->owner.

As far as I see in drivers/nvmem/ directory, all the drivers are
the case. So, make nvmem_register() set the nvmem's owner to the
associated driver's owner unless nvmem_config sets otherwise.

Remove .owner settings in the drivers that are now redundant.

Martin Blumenstingl 9593ad32b8 nvmem: meson-efuse: indicate that this driver is only for Meson GX SoCs
The current Amlogic Meson eFuse driver only supports the 64-bit SoCs
(GXBB and newer). Older SoCs cannot be supported by the same driver
because they do not use the meson secure monitor firmware to access the
hardware.

Carlo Caione 83e007a0c6 firmware: meson-sm: Check for buffer output size
After the data is read by the secure monitor driver it is being copied
in the output buffer checking only the size of the bounce buffer but not
the size of the output buffer.

Fix this in the secure monitor driver slightly changing the API. Fix
also the efuse driver that it is the only driver using this API to not
break bisectability.
