Archit Taneja 4c385b25fa clk: qcom: Add EBI2 clocks for IPQ806x
The NAND controller within EBI2 requires EBI2_CLK and
EBI2_ALWAYS_ON_CLK clocks. Create structs for these clocks so
that they can be used by the NAND controller driver. Add an entry
for EBI2_AON_CLK in the gcc-ipq806x DT binding document.

Rajendra Nayak 2a5cfec947 dt-bindings: Add #defines for IPQ806x lpass clock control
Add defines to make more human readable numbers for the lpass
clock controller found on IPQ806x SoCs. Also remove the PLL4
define in gcc to avoid #define conflicts because that clock
doesn't exist in gcc, instead it lives in lcc.

Kumar Gala 24d8fba44a clk: qcom: Add support for IPQ8064's global clock controller (GCC)
Add a driver for the global clock controller found on IPQ8064 based
platforms. This should allow most non-multimedia device drivers to probe
and control their clocks.

This is currently missing clocks for USB HSIC and networking devices.
