Mark Brown 08b67faa23 blackfin: Ignore generated uImages 
We have the build infrastructure to generate uImages so we should ignore
the resulting generated files.

Mike Frysinger 538067c822 Blackfin: add support for bzip2/lzma compressed kernel images 
Since U-Boot can support these compression types, add appropriate targets
to the Blackfin boot files.
