Loys Ollivier f29200c8b1 arm64: dts: meson: Fix mmc cd-gpios polarity
Commit 89a5e15bcb ("gpio/mmc/of: Respect polarity in the device tree")
changed the behavior of "cd-inverted" to follow the device tree bindings
specification:
According to SDHCI standard, CD lines are specified as "active low".
Using the "cd-inverted" property means that the CD line is "active high".

Fix the SD card description for meson by setting the cd-gpios as
"active low", according to the boards specifications, and dropping the
"cd-inverted" property.

Jorge Ramirez-Ortiz 059a58fcd5 ARM64: dts: meson: accept MAC addr from u-boot environment

I didn't test this changeset but having checked libretech's u-boot

Enable sdcard UHS modes, up to SDR50, on p20x based boards.
While the s905 supports SDR104 mode, it appears that the PCB of p20x

Jerome Brunet 5149616e7a ARM64: dts: meson-gxbb: p20x: add card regulator settle times
Changing the card voltage on the p200 is not instantaneous, especially
when switching from 3.3v to 1.8v.

I take at least 70ms for the regulator to go from 3.3v to 1.8v. Add
margin to that to make sure we don't upset the sdcard during the voltage
switch

Martin Blumenstingl 23edd1b2d8 ARM64: dts: meson-gxbb-p201: fix ethernet support
Amlogic's own .dts specifies that the P201 board uses a RMII PHY (with
the reset GPIO being GPIOZ_14).
However our P201 board .dts simply inherits the phy-mode setting from
from meson-gx.dtsi where it defaults to RGMII mode.
Remove all ethernet settings from meson-gxbb-p20x.dtsi as it only
specifies the RGMII pins which are only valid for the P200 board.
Instead we add the ethmac node to the meson-gxbb-p201.dts and configure
the pinctrl property and the phy-mode for an RMII PHY.

An MDIO node (which would also specify the PHY) is not added since we
don't know which PHY is being used (and thus which PHY address would
have to be used).
