With SYSTEMPORT Lite we have holes in our statistics layout that make us
skip over the hardware MIB counters, bcm_sysport_get_stats() was not
taking that into account resulting in reporting 0 for all SW-maintained
statistics, fix this by skipping accordingly.

When using Broadcom Systemport device in 32bit Platform, ifconfig can
only report up to 4G tx,rx status, which will be wrapped to 0 when the
number of incoming or outgoing packets exceeds 4G, only taking
around 2 hours in busy network environment (such as streaming).
Therefore, it makes hard for network diagnostic tool to get reliable
statistical result, so the patch is used to add 64bit support for
Broadcom Systemport device in 32bit Platform.
This patch provides 64bit statistics capability on both ethtool and ifconfig.

It seems like a historic accident that these return unsigned char *,
and in many places that means casts are required, more often than not.
Make these functions return void * and remove all the casts across

On SYSTEMPORT Lite, since we have the main interrupt source in the first
cell, the second cell is the Wake-on-LAN interrupt, yet the code was not
properly updated to fetch the second cell, and instead looked at the
third and non-existing cell for Wake-on-LAN.

There is an include loop between netdevice.h, dsa.h, devlink.h because
of NETDEV_ALIGN, making it impossible to use devlink structures in
dsa.h.
Break this loop by taking dsa.h out of netdevice.h, add a forward
declaration of dsa_switch_tree and netdev_set_default_ethtool_ops()
function, which is what netdevice.h requires.
No longer having dsa.h in netdevice.h means the includes in dsa.h no
longer get included. This breaks a few other files which depend on
these includes. Add these directly in the affected file.

Do something similar to commit d5810ca325 ("net: bcmgenet: clear
status to reduce spurious interrupts") and clear interrupts right before
servicing them. This reduces the number of interrupts by 10K
interrupts/sec for a TX TCP session 1Gbits/sec.

bcm_sysport_tx_reclaim_one() is currently summing TX bytes/packets in a
way that is not SMP friendly, mutliples CPUs could run
bcm_sysport_tx_reclaim_one() independently and still update
stats->tx_bytes and stats->tx_packets, cloberring the other CPUs
statistics.
Fix this by tracking per TX rings the number of bytes, packets,
dropped and errors statistics, and provide a bcm_sysport_get_nstats()
function which aggregates everything and returns a consistent output.

Add supporf for the SYSTEMPORT Lite Ethernet controller, this piece of hardware
is largely based on the full-blown SYSTEMPORT and differs in the following:
- no full-blown UniMAC, instead we have the MagicPacket matching from UniMAC at
same offset, and a GMII Interface Block (GIB) for the MAC-level stuff, since
we are always interfaced to an Ethernet switch which is fully Ethernet compliant
shortcuts could be made
- 16 transmit queues, whose interrupts are moved into the first Level-2 interrupt
controller bank
- slight TDMA offset change (a register was inserted after TDMA_STATUS, *sigh*)
- 256 RX descriptors (512 words) and 256 TX descriptors (not visible)
As a consequence of these two things, update the code paths accordingly to
differentiate the full-blown from the light version.

The __bcm_sysport_tx_reclaim() function is used to reclaim transmit
resources in different places within the driver. Most of them should
not affect the state of the transit flow control.
Introduce bcm_sysport_tx_clean() which cleans the ring, but does not
re-enable flow control towards the networking stack, and make
bcm_sysport_tx_reclaim() do the actual transmit queue flow control.

Inserting the TSB means adding an extra 8 bytes in front the of packet
that is going to be used as metadata information by the TDMA engine, but
stripped off, so it does not really help with the packet padding.
For some odd packet sizes that fall below the 60 bytes payload (e.g: ARP)
we can end-up padding them after the TSB insertion, thus making them 64
bytes, but with the TDMA stripping off the first 8 bytes, they could
still be smaller than 64 bytes which is required to ingress the switch.
Fix this by swapping the padding and TSB insertion, guaranteeing that
the packets have the right sizes.

Since we keep shadow copies of which interrupt sources are enabled
through the intrl2_*_mask_{set,clear} macros, make sure that the
ordering in which we do these two operations: update the copy, then
unmask the register is correct.
This is not currently a problem because we actually do not use them, but
we will in a subsequent patch optimizing register accesses, so better be
safe here.

The private structure contain a pointer to phydev, but the structure
net_device already contain such pointer. So we can remove the pointer

netif_tx_napi_add() is a variant of netif_napi_add()
It should be used by drivers that use a napi structure
to exclusively poll TX.
We do not want to add this kind of napi in napi_hash[] in following
patches, adding generic busy polling to all NAPI drivers.

Occasionnaly we may get oversized packets from the hardware which exceed
the nomimal 2KiB buffer size we allocate SKBs with. Add an early check
which drops the packet to avoid invoking skb_over_panic() and move on to
processing the next packet.

Currently, bcm_sysport_desc_rx() calls bcm_sysport_rx_refill() at the end of Rx
packet processing loop, after the current Rx packet has already been passed to
napi_gro_receive(). However, bcm_sysport_rx_refill() might fail to allocate a new
Rx skb, thus leaving a hole on the Rx queue where no valid Rx buffer exists.
To eliminate this situation:
1. Rewrite bcm_sysport_rx_refill() to retain the current Rx skb on the
Rx queue if a new replacement Rx skb can't be allocated and DMA-mapped.
In this case, the data on the current Rx skb is effectively dropped.
2. Modify bcm_sysport_desc_rx() to call bcm_sysport_rx_refill() at the
top of Rx packet processing loop, so that the new replacement Rx skb is
already in place before the current Rx skb is processed.
This is loosely inspired from d6707bec59 ("net: bcmgenet: rewrite
bcmgenet_rx_refill()")

Add the ability to configure both 'tx-frames' which controls how many frames
are doing to trigger a single interrupt and 'tx-usecs' which dictates how long
to wait before an interrupt should be services.
Since our timer resolution is close to 8.192 us, we round up to the nearest
value the 'tx-usecs' timeout value.

Commit 60b4ea1781 ("net: systemport: log RX buffer allocation and RX/TX DMA
failures") added a few software maintained statistics using
BCM_SYSPORT_STAT_MIB_RX and BCM_SYSPORT_STAT_MIB_TX. These statistics are read
from the hardware MIB counters, such that bcm_sysport_update_mib_counters() was
trying to read from a non-existing MIB offset for these counters.
Fix this by introducing a special type: BCM_SYSPORT_STAT_SOFT, similar to
BCM_SYSPORT_STAT_NETDEV, such that bcm_sysport_get_ethtool_stats will read from
the software mib.

Hook a ndo_set_mac_address callback, update the internal Ethernet MAC in
the netdevice structure, and finally write that address down to the
UniMAC registers. If the interface is down, and most likely clock gated,
we do not update the registers but just the local copy, such that next
ndo_open() call will effectively write down the address.

To help troubleshoot heavy memory pressure conditions, add a bunch of
statistics counter to log RX buffer allocation and RX/TX DMA mapping
failures. These are reported like any other counters through the ethtool
stats interface.

With commit d75b1ade56 ("net: less interrupt masking in NAPI") napi
repoll is done only when work_done == budget. bcm_sysport_tx_poll()
always returns 0 whether or not we completed the poll quantum.
Fix this by returning either 0 when we did complete the TX ring reclaim,
or budget to trigger a repoll.

Callers of bcm_sysport_init_tx_ring() can currently fail, and will
always call bcm_sysport_fini_tx_ring() in a loop ending at the number of
TX queues (32) without checking if the TX ring was successfully
initialized or not.
Update bcm_sysport_fini_tx_ring() to return early and avoid a crash
de-referencing ring->cbs if the TX ring was not initialized, since
ring->cbs is the last part of the initialization done by
bcm_sysport_init_tx_ring() that could fail.

bcm_sysport_resume() was missing an UniMAC reset which can lead to
various receive FIFO corruptions coming out of a suspend cycle. If the
RX FIFO is stuck, it will deliver corrupted/duplicate packets towards
the host CPU interface.
This could be reproduced on crowded network and when Wake-on-LAN is
enabled for this particular interface because the switch still forwards
packets towards the host CPU interface (SYSTEMPORT), and we had to leave
the UniMAC RX enable bit on to allow matching MagicPackets.
Once we re-enter the resume function, there is a small window during
which the UniMAC receive is still enabled, and we start queueing
packets, but the RDMA and RBUF engines are not ready, which leads to
having packets stuck in the UniMAC RX FIFO, ultimately delivered towards
the host CPU as corrupted.

There is currently a small window during which the SYSTEMPORT adapter
enables its RX interrupts without having enabled its NAPI handler, which
can result in packets to be discarded during interface bringup.
A similar but more serious window exists in bcm_sysport_resume() during
which we can have the RDMA engine not fully prepared to receive packets
and yet having RX interrupts enabled.
Fix this my moving the RX interrupt enable down to
bcm_sysport_netif_start() after napi_enable() for the RX path is called,
which fixes both call sites: bcm_sysport_open() and
bcm_sysport_resume().

Multiple enable_irq_wake() calls will keep increasing the IRQ
wake_depth, which ultimately leads to the following types of
situation:
1) enable Wake-on-LAN interrupt w/o password
2) enable Wake-on-LAN interrupt w/ password
3) enable Wake-on-LAN interrupt w/o password
4) disable Wake-on-LAN interrupt
After step 4), SYSTEMPORT would always wake-up the system no matter what
wake-up device we use, which is not what we want. Fix this by making
sure there are no unbalanced enable_irq_wake() calls.

There is a potential case where we might be failing to refill a

dma_unmap_addr.
The way we process incoming packets, by first calling
dma_unmap_single(), and then only checking for a potential NULL skb can
lead to situations where do pass a NULL dma_unmap_addr() to
dma_unmap_single(), resulting in an oops.
Fix this my moving the NULL skb check earlier, since no backing skb
also means no corresponding DMA mapping for this packet.
